Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed within ONE - TWO working days beginning the day after your order was placed then fulfilled to be shipped by the THIRD working day. 

For Example: Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Sunday.

Q. How will I know my order has been shipped?

Shipping Confirmation &. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message that contains your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your spam folder if you do not see any emails from Ally's Stylz Ltd.

Q. Can you tell me what time the delivery will be?

A. No we can not.  If delivery is via private courier, they will liaise with you to make arrangements for delivery. If however, the delivery is to your workplace and there are certain days/times you will be at work please leave a note at check out.

Example: Working Monday & Wednesday 8AM - 4PM

Q. My order hasn't been shipped as yet, can I add or remove items from the order?

A. Yes - changes are facilitated once the order has not been shipped.

Q. Can I make changes AFTER my order has been shipped?

A. Once your order has been shipped it is no longer in our possession therefore we CAN NOT make changes to your order once it has been handed over to the delivery service.  

Q. Can I change my delivery address after the order has been shipped? 

A. We do not recommend changing the delivery address after the order has been shipped, HOWEVER, we will try our best to work with the delivery service to make the necessary arrangements to re-route the package. Changing delivery addresses WILL incur delivery date/time delays.
